Cubs

Cub BadgeThe children learn about the world around them though events such as visiting the Toot Hill observatory and night walks across Baddesley Common. They also get their first taste of camping and enjoy activities such as swimming, exploring and computing.

Cubs belong to the Cub Pack with the Cubs split into 4 “Sixes”. The Cubs start developing ideas of responsibility and self reliance through a range of indoor and outdoor activities.

Badges: For the Cubs, there are five Challenge Badges (Caring, Creative, Fitness, Global and Outdoor) and 32 “Activity Badges” (replacing the old Proficiency Badges) The top award is the Chief Scout’s Silver Award. Click here for more information about badges.
